📍 Feature Overview
The CoinUp.io App has introduced a new “Account Security Level” visualization module.
The system automatically evaluates and displays your security level (Low / Medium / Medium-High / High) based on your account’s security bindings, such as email, phone number, Google Authenticator, and fund password.
You can view your current security level and improvement suggestions by navigating to [User Center] → [Security Settings].
Security Level Classification Description
| Security Level | Level Indicator | Security Status Description |
|---|---|---|
| 🔴 Low | 1/4 | The account’s protection foundation is weak. Please enable email, phone number, or 2FA verification as soon as possible to reduce asset risks. |
| 🟠 Medium-Low | 2/4 | Partial verification enabled. It is recommended to bind more security methods to enhance protection. |
| 🔵 Medium | 3/4 | Security measures are relatively complete, and the account protection is comprehensive. It is recommended to keep security information updated. |
| 🟢 High | 4/4 | All security settings have been completed. Account protection has reached the highest level. |
🔐 How to Improve Your Security Level
Go to [User Center] → [Security Settings], and complete the following bindings to increase your security score:
1️⃣ Bind your phone number
2️⃣ Bind your email address
3️⃣ Enable Google Authenticator (2FA)
4️⃣ Set a fund password
The system will update your security level in real time and display any remaining uncompleted security items.

Enhances account protection and reduces the risk of unauthorized access
Provides additional verification for sensitive actions (e.g., withdrawals, password changes)
Certain high-risk operations may require reaching a specific security level

Q1: My security level didn’t change after completing verification.
Please try logging out and back into the app, or refresh the page. The system will automatically update your score.
Q2: Will my security level decrease if I unbind my email or phone number?
Yes. Unbinding any security verification method will cause the system to recalculate and lower your security score.
Q3: Does my security level affect withdrawals?
Yes. Accounts with lower security levels (1/4 or 2/4) may face partial restrictions on withdrawals or transfers.
For your asset safety, we recommend completing all verifications as soon as possible.
