2. IEO Timeline (UTC+8)

- Distribution of Results: 13:00 on July 12, 2025.
- CP Trading Live: Trading will commence at 15:00 on July 12, 2025.
3. Subscription Rules
- Eligibility: To participate, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and click the "Subscribe" button on the Launchpad interface during the subscription period.
- Allocation & Distribution:
- Upon subscription, the corresponding amount of USDT from your account will be temporarily locked.
- CP tokens will be distributed on a pro-rata basis, calculated according to the individual's subscription amount relative to the total subscription amount from all participants.
- After the distribution is finalized, USDT for the successful portion of your subscription will be deducted, and the allocated CP will be transferred to your spot account. Any remaining USDT from an unsuccessful portion of the subscription will be unlocked and returned to your spot account.
