CoinUp.io Latest Version Login Issues

If you encounter “Account does not exist” when logging into the new CoinUp.io App, please try the following steps:

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner

2) Go to the “Settings” page

3) Scroll to the bottom and tap “Network Switch”

4) After selecting the desired network, close the entire App and reopen it

5) Log in to your account again

Account Settings → Security Settings → Passkeys

After upgrading to v6.0.11, users will be prompted to set up Passkey. It can also be configured later at any time from the Security Settings page.

CoinUp to Adjust RARE VIDT ACT U-based Perpetual Contract Leverage and Maintenance Margin Ladder

The CoinUp contract will update the RARE VIDT ACT U-based perpetual contract leverage and margin ladder at 18:00 on April 8, 2025 (UTC + 8). The existing positioning of users before the update will not be affected. Please refer to the updated leverage and margin ladder to avoid forced position squaring. The specific adjustments are as follows:

In order to protect user rights and reduce risks in extreme market conditions, CoinUp contracts may take additional protective measures for RARE VIDT ACT U-based perpetual contracts, which will not be announced separately. Potential protective measures include but are not limited to adjusting leverage and margin, including the maximum leverage multiple, position limit, and Maintenance Margin rate for each level, adjusting funding rates (including base interest rates, premium indices, and fee caps), changing price index components, or using the "latest price transaction mechanism" to update marked prices.
