This guide will show you how to register as a CoinUp.io Broker (Agent) in both the CoinUp.io App and Web versions to earn commissions by inviting users to trade.

📌 What is a CoinUp.io Broker?

The CoinUp.io Broker program is an official commission-based partnership mechanism. By inviting new users to trade spot or futures, you can earn commission rewards at a corresponding rate.

Commission types include:

• Spot Trading Commission
• Futures Trading Commission

Suitable for KOLs, community leaders, promoters, and ordinary users.

Step 1: Access the Agent Program Page

1. Click the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the App's homepage.
2. Click on the Agent Program, view the introduction to the program's features, and then click "I understand" to enter the page.

Step 2: Invite Subordinates and Add Supervisors

1. Users can copy their invitation code and invitation link to invite subordinates to register accounts. If you haven't yet linked an upline, click "Add," enter the upline's invitation code or UID, and confirm to successfully link your upline.

Please note: Each user can only link one upline; brokers cannot be changed.

2. If you have not yet enabled the Spot/Futures Broker permissions, please click “Apply for Access” and complete the application form. You will only be able to add and participate in agent commissions after your application has been approved.

Note: Contract commission permissions require authorization from an upline (level broker). If you do not have an upline, you may directly complete and submit the application form.

1. 4. Your broker application has been submitted. Please wait patiently for the review. The relevant department will respond within 7–14 days.

Step 3: View Commissions

After applying to become an agent and successfully inviting downlines to trade, you can view the corresponding spot/contract commission earnings on the agent page. Clicking the corresponding module will take you to the details page to view the details.

Note: Data is updated daily; commission data for trades made on the current day will only be available the following day.

Step 4: Broker Management

If you have applied to become a contract broker and successfully invited downlines... The following operations can be performed on the "Brokerage Management" page within the contract rebate details:

For Tier-Based Brokers Only:

• Assign Subordinates as Brokers
• View, Modify, or Cancel Their Broker Status

For Percentage-Based Brokers:

• Only the broker list can be viewed; roles cannot be assigned.

1. Click the small person icon in the upper right corner of the CoinUp.io webpage to enter the "Personal Center" page.

2. If your account is not yet linked to an upline inviter, in "Account Management," scroll down to the "Other" section, click "Add," enter the upline account's invitation code or UID, and confirm to successfully link your inviter.

Please note: Each user can only link one upline; brokers cannot be changed.

3. Scroll down on the left side of the "Personal Center" to enter the "Invite Friends" page. Users can copy their invitation code and invitation link to invite subordinates to register accounts.

4. Scroll down on the left side of the "Personal Center" to enter the "Spot Broker" page.

This page will display your total spot trading rebate earnings, the number of invited users, and rebate details. Clicking on any user will allow you to view their rebate data.

5. Scroll down on the left side of [Personal Center] and click to enter the [Contract Broker] page.

This page will display detailed contract rebate data. Clicking on any user will allow you to view their rebate data.

Important Note

⚠️ Currently, registration to become a broker (agent) is only supported through the App.

The web version only supports viewing and management; direct registration of broker accounts is not supported.

📌 Important Notes

• Friends must register using your invitation code or invitation link for the invitation relationship to be successfully established.
• Each user can only bind one invitation code, and it cannot be changed after successful binding.
• After the invitation relationship is established, the commission records and commission rates are subject to the actual page display.
• The platform reserves the right to take risk control measures against accounts with abnormal invitation behavior, subject to platform rules.

❓ What is a Rebate Upline?

A rebate upline is an account that you bind as your inviter, forming an upline–downline referral relationship.
If the upline account holds a Broker status (Spot or Futures), they will receive rebate rewards from the trading fees generated by your trades.

2. Tap the ☰ (three-line menu) icon in the top-left corner

   

3. Scroll down and select Rebate Agent under Activities & Rewards

   

4. Enter the UID of the rebate upline and confirm to complete the binding

1. Log in to the CoinUp website and click the profile icon in the top-right corner

2. Go to Personal Center

3. Click Account Management and scroll to the bottom of the page

4. Under Others, find Add superior invite code or UID

5. Click Add, enter the rebate upline UID, and confirm the binding

   

⚠️ Important Notes When Adding a Rebate Upline

1. One-time binding only

• Once bound, the rebate upline cannot be changed or removed. Please proceed carefully.

2. Upline UID registration time requirement

• The upline UID must be registered earlier than your current account.

3. Invitation relationship only

• Binding only establishes a referral relationship

• It does not affect your account assets, trading permissions, or fee rates

4. Rebate reward explanation

• Only when the upline account has Broker status (Spot or Futures)

• Will they receive rebates from the trading fees you generate

• Your actual trading fees remain unchanged

Please check the following:

• Whether a rebate upline has already been bound

• Whether the upline UID is entered correctly

• Whether the upline account was registered earlier than your account

• The trading threshold is calculated based on the combined total of both the upper-level and lower-level users.

• If applying as a KOL, a higher commission rate can be granted.

1) How is commission calculated?

Example:
A is Spot Level 0. B is A’s sub-affiliate.
If B generates 10 USDT in trading fees:

10 USDT × 10% = 1 USDT
→ A receives 1 USDT commission.

2) How to apply to become an agent?

3) How to upgrade agent levels?

Automatic upgrade is not supported for now.
Please contact customer support and provide required documents.
If you meet the criteria, we will help submit the upgrade request.

4) If I am already under another agent, can I still become an agent?

Yes.

• Your own trading fees will still generate commission for your upper-level agent

• Your invited users will generate commission for you

5) I am a KOL on other platforms. Can I apply for a higher commission rate?

Yes.

Please submit:

• Trading volume proof from other platforms

• Community followers / engagement data

Eligible KOLs will receive higher commission rates.

6) Can I set customized commission rates for my sub-affiliates?

Not currently.
This feature will be optimized in future versions.

7) When is commission settled?

Commission follows a T+1 settlement cycle:

• Distributed at 05:00 the next day

8) What is considered abnormal or prohibited trading?

If the system detects prohibited or abusive trading behavior,
all related commission earnings will be revoked.

9) How to access the agent page?

Web:
Once your account is activated as an agent,
the “Spot Agent” / “Futures Agent” page will appear in the user center.

App:
You can directly access the agent page after logging in.
