How to Join

1. Creators, affiliates, IBs, KOLs, and trading community leaders can apply to become team captains.
2. Each captain may lead only one team.
3. Each team must have at least 3 eligible members, excluding the captain.
4. Both new and existing CoinUp users can join a team.
5. Each UID can be registered to only one team.
6. Existing users can join a team without changing their existing referral or affiliate relationships.
7. New members may join during the event, but team transfers are not permitted once a UID has been bound, except where officially approved.
8. The captain’s eligible futures trading volume will also count toward the team’s total.

Team Trading Volume Rewards

Reward Distribution

• The team captain receives 40% of the team’s reward.
• The remaining 60% is shared among eligible team members in proportion to each member’s contribution to the team’s total eligible trading volume.
• Captains and members must pass eligibility and risk-control reviews.
• If a team fails to meet the minimum trading volume requirement for its rank, it will not qualify for that reward tier. Any reallocation will follow the officially announced fallback rules.

Eligible Trading Volume

• Only eligible transactions in the designated futures products during the event period will be counted.
• Both opening and closing trades count toward trading volume.
• Trading volume is calculated in USDT equivalent.
• New members’ trading volume counts only after their UID has been successfully bound to a team.
• Self-trading, wash trading, artificial volume generation, and other abnormal or prohibited trading activities will be excluded.

4. Event 2: Top Referral Teams

Eligible New User Requirements

1. Register a CoinUp account for the first time during the event period.
2. Complete the required KYC verification.
3. Successfully bind their UID to a designated team.
4. Complete at least one eligible futures trade during the event period.
5. Pass the platform’s eligibility and risk-control reviews.

Referral Team Rewards

Referral Reward Rules

• Rankings are based on the total number of eligible new users recruited by each team.
• The captain receives 40% of the team’s referral reward. The remaining 60% is shared among eligible contributors based on verified referral contributions.
• Each UID can count toward only one team’s referral results.
• Existing affiliate relationships and referral commission arrangements remain unchanged.
• Duplicate registrations, ineligible users, and users who fail to meet the requirements will not count toward the referral rankings.

5. Event 3: Halloween Lucky Draw

How to Participate

1. Join an eligible team and successfully bind your UID.
2. Complete the required KYC verification.
3. Complete at least one eligible futures trade during the event period.
4. Follow CoinUp’s official social media account.
5. Repost the official event poster, tag the official CoinUp social media account, and tag 3 friends.
6. Leave your CoinUp UID in the designated official event post.
7. Pass the event eligibility and risk-control reviews.

Lucky Draw Prizes

Lucky Draw Rules

• Each eligible UID receives one entry only. Additional trading volume does not generate unlimited extra entries.
• Winners will be selected randomly after the event ends and eligibility checks are completed.
• The winner list will be announced through CoinUp’s official social media channels.
• Duplicate accounts and suspicious or fraudulent participation may result in disqualification.

6. Leaderboard and Winner Announcement

1. CoinUp will update the team leaderboard during the event, subject to data availability.
2. After the event ends, trading volume, eligible new users, UID bindings, and participant eligibility will be reviewed.
3. Final rankings are subject to the platform’s backend records and risk-control review.
4. Winners will be announced through official CoinUp channels after verification is completed.
5. Rewards will be distributed according to the platform’s review and processing procedures. The actual distribution date will be announced officially.

7. Terms and Conditions

1. Each UID may be bound to only one team and cannot be transferred freely after binding.
2. Participation does not change existing affiliate relationships or referral commission arrangements.
3. All trading volume and referral data are subject to verification. Self-trading, wash trading, artificial volume generation, fraudulent registrations, and other violations may result in disqualification.
4. Trading team rewards require participants to meet both the ranking and minimum trading volume requirements.
5. Each reward category is subject to its own eligibility and distribution rules.
6. CPX rewards will be calculated using the real-time CPX price on the distribution date. Futures Trial Funds are not directly withdrawable or transferable and are subject to the platform’s applicable usage rules, validity periods, and restrictions.
7. Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these event rules and the applicable CoinUp platform terms.
8. CoinUp reserves the right to review suspicious trading activity, verify eligibility, and take action against violations in accordance with the event rules.
9. Participation is subject to applicable laws, platform policies, and regional restrictions. Users or regions restricted by applicable requirements may not be eligible.
