The current value-capture mechanism is unable to fully reflect the platform's rapid growth and diversified business expansion.
To establish a sustainable and healthy token economy that enables ecosystem revenues to continuously empower token value while allowing the token to drive ecosystem growth, CoinUp is officially initiating the strategic upgrade from CP to CPX.
CPX will evolve beyond the role of a traditional exchange token and become the core value token of the entire CoinUp ecosystem. All major business sectors and ecosystem revenues will be deeply connected to CPX, creating a deflationary and sustainable economic model designed to support long-term ecosystem development.
II. Five Core Ecosystem Value Drivers of CPX

III. CP → CPX Conversion & CPX Launch Schedule (UTC+8)

During the decision window, CP holders may choose one of the following options:
- Option A: Sell CP on the Secondary Market
Users may freely sell their CP holdings at market price and exit their positions without restrictions.
- Option B: Retain CP Holdings
CP holdings retained until the end of the decision window will automatically qualify for conversion into CPX at a ratio of 1 CP = 1.2 CPX, including a 20% loyalty holding bonus.
Supporting Risk-Control MeasuresEffective immediately upon announcement publication:
- The CP market will remain open for sell orders only;
- New buy orders will be disabled;
- CoinUp will activate a price stabilization mechanism to mitigate irrational market volatility caused by concentrated selling pressure;

Phase 2: Automatic Conversion Execution
After June 7, 2026, 20:00
- Any CP remaining unsold after the decision window closes will be automatically converted into CPX.
- Conversion ratio: 1 CP = 1.2 CPX
- The additional 0.2 CPX allocation represents a platform loyalty incentive designed to reward long-term holders.
- All converted CPX will be deposited into a locked account and released according to the official vesting schedule.
Phase 3: Official Launch of CPX

The upgraded ecosystem token CPX will officially launch on CoinUp at 20:00 (UTC+8) on June 9, 2026.
Following launch, trading functionality and all associated ecosystem utility features will be gradually enabled.

📢 Announcement on the Delisting of CP-Related Products and the Closure of Deposit & Withdrawal Services
Dear CoinUp Users,
To support the strategic upgrade of the CoinUp platform token from CP to the new ecosystem token CPX, CoinUp will make a series of adjustments to CP-related products and services. Users are advised to make the necessary arrangements for their assets in advance.
I. Delisting of CP Fixed Savings Products
All CP Fixed Savings products will be delisted ahead of schedule.
At 16:00 (UTC+8) on June 7, 2026, the system will automatically redeem all active CP Fixed Savings subscriptions. No manual action is required from users.
Upon redemption:
- The CP principal will be automatically returned to the user's Spot Account;
- Accrued savings rewards will be settled and distributed to the user's account;
- Reward calculation will end at 23:59 (UTC+8) on June 6, 2026;
- The system will distribute all eligible rewards simultaneously upon redemption.
II. Delisting of CP Mining Program
As part of the ecosystem upgrade, the CP Mining Program will be discontinued and will cease generating rewards.

- No further mining rewards will be generated;
- Any rewards generated but not yet transferred will be credited to users' Spot Accounts.
III. Closure of CP Deposit, Withdrawal, and Spot Trading Services
To facilitate the CP-to-CPX upgrade process, CoinUp will discontinue the following CP-related services according to the schedule below:
Closure of CP Deposit and Withdrawal Services
Effective Time: 00:00 (UTC+8) on June 7, 2026
At that time:
- CP deposit services will be permanently closed;
- CP withdrawal services will be permanently closed;
- CoinUp will no longer support CP deposit or withdrawal services going forward.
Delisting of CP Spot Trading
Effective Time: 20:00 (UTC+8) on June 7, 2026
At that time:
- All CP spot trading pairs will be officially delisted;
- Any open orders that remain unfilled will be automatically canceled by the system;
- Remaining CP holdings will proceed to the subsequent upgrade and conversion process in accordance with the rules outlined in the "Official Announcement on the Comprehensive Upgrade of CoinUp Platform Token CPX."
Important Reminder
If your account currently holds CP assets and is subject to risk-control restrictions, account freezes, trading limitations, or any other account restrictions, please contact Online Support as soon as possible and submit a request for restriction removal before the relevant deadlines.
If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, the system will automatically process the CP-to-CPX conversion according to the platform's established upgrade rules. Under such circumstances, CoinUp cannot guarantee that users will still be able to dispose of their CP holdings according to their original intentions.

- For detailed information regarding the CP-to-CPX conversion ratio, timeline, and related arrangements, please refer to the "Official Announcement on the Comprehensive Upgrade of CoinUp Platform Token CPX";
- After the automatic redemption, reward distribution, and asset transfer of CP Fixed Savings and CP Mining products are completed, users are strongly encouraged to manage their returned CP assets in a timely manner according to their own investment decisions;
- If you intend to sell your CP holdings through the spot market, please complete your transactions before 20:00 (UTC+8) on June 7, 2026;
- Any CP holdings that remain unprocessed after the deadline will be automatically converted to CPX in accordance with the platform's established upgrade plan;
- If your account is subject to risk-control restrictions, account freezes, trading limitations, or other account restrictions, please contact Online Support in advance to avoid any impact on your asset management or upgrade arrangements;
- Any consequences, losses, or impacts arising from a user's failure to complete asset management, account restriction removal, or other required actions within the specified timeframe shall be borne solely by the user. The platform will continue to execute the upgrade and related procedures in accordance with the announced rules;
